Honest Ed’s is holding its final sale of iconic lettered signs this weekend.
The much anticipated spree begins Saturday from 8-6pm at its location on Bloor St. W. and features signs removed from inside and outside of the historic landmark building.
The classic collectibles range from recent hand painted pieces by store artists to some that are more than 50 years old.
It’s expected another large crowd will turn out over the weekend after previous sales saw thousands looking to get their hands on the famous hand-painted signs.
Honest Ed’s will be closing its doors for good at the end of December. Plans for the property include being converted to a rental housing development.
