Toronto Police are investigating after shots were fired in the Rexdale area before sunrise.
EMS officials say a man in his 20's suffered a gunshot wound to his leg, and was rushed to a local trauma centre.
The incident happened at an apartment on 320 Dixon Road, near Kipling.
No word on suspects.
