Toronto police have released a security camera image of a man, wanted in connection with a string of break and enters in midtown in recent weeks.
Investigators from 53 Division, which includes the areas of Rosedale, Leaside, Thorncliffe Park, Moore Park, Yonge and Eglinton, Mount Pleasant and parts of both Forest Hill and the Annex, first alerted the public to an increase in break and enters in mid June.
Since then there have been three more reported cases in the area, each of them happening at night, with suspects gaining entry to the properties via unlocked back doors.
The suspect captured by security camera is described as being between 20 and 30 years of age, with a thin build.
He was wearing a grey hoodie, baseball cap, white shoes, dark pants and carrying a black backpack at the time.
