A referendum is taking place today to decide if Britain should leave or remain as a European Union. More simply put in the words of Joe Strummer, “Should I Stay or Should I Go?” Citizens 18 years of age or older from Britain, Ireland and Commonwealth citizens in the UK, along UK citizens living abroad who have been registered to vote in the UK in the past 15 years are eligible to vote. As of now, polls are tight and either option seems as likely as the other.
