A Toronto man is facing charges in a sexual assault investigation, and more charges are possible since police believe there are other victims.
Last Saturday, a three year old boy and his mother were in a park in the Queen Street West and Lansdowne Avenue area.
It’s alleged the boy was approached by a man, who sexually assaulted him.
The mother then confronted the man, and it’s further alleged he offered her money not to report the incident.
Cesar Diaz has since been arrested and charged.
The 52 year old will appear in court on Wednesday on sexual assault and sexual interference charges.
Any other victims or anyone with information is asked to contact police.
