A 17-year-old boy has been arrested in connection to a gang-retaliation abduction investigation.
The incident took place back on Tuesday, April 19th in the Front Street West and Blue Jays Way area where an altercation occurred between several people.
Toronto Police managed to locate the 17-year-old boy at an apartment in North York where he was arrested on Tuesday, May 4th after warrants were issued for his arrest.
He is facing the following charges:
- Kidnapping for Ransom
- Use Firearm to Commit Indictable Offence
- Point Firearm
- Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm
- Three counts of Fail to Comply YCJA Recognizance
- Fail to Comply Probation
- Possession for the Purpose-Cocaine
The 17-year-old suspect will appear in court on Thursday, May 5th at 10 a.m.
Meantime, a warrant has also been issued for 23-year-old, Lincoln Richards, who is still outstanding.
