The sheriff’s office in Carver County, Minnesota held a news conference on Friday afternoon to update the autopsy on musical icon Prince.
Officials say they don’t have reason to believe that it was a suicide that took place shortly before Prince was found dead at his home in Paisley Park on Thursday morning. They also say that there were no obvious signs of trauma.
He was found unresponsive in an elevator and given CPR before being pronounced at 10:07 a.m. Thursday.
Medical officials say the autopsy took place between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. today and the results could be several weeks away.
