A couple charged with first degree murder in connection with the death of a Kleinburg man in the city last summer, are now also facing child pornography charges.
37 year old Clyde Marshall and 28 year old Sabrina Chouart were arrested on June 22nd last year, and charged in connection with the death of 32 year old Sina Parsi.
Parsi, who was found dead inside an apartment on Woolner Avenue, near Jane Street and St. Clair Avenue on June 12th had been reported missing after he did not return home from a soccer game in the area of Teston Road and Highway 400 on the night of June 9th.
During the murder investigation, a separate investigation was launched by members of the Toronto Police sex crimes unit, who allege that the couple was in possession of and had accessed child sexual abuse images.
Marshall and Chouart, who are already in custody were both charged with possessing child pornography and accessing child pornography on Friday.
