Mayor John Tory’s approval rating is holding steady and high into his second year in office.
He is most popular among the the oldest and wealthiest.
The Forum research poll of 908 Toronto voters found that 72 per cent approve of the job John Tory is doing as mayor.
The poll is consistent with the last 2 polls conducted where on February 23 he had a 71 per cent approval and a 76 per cent approval on January 29.
Approval of Tory is highest among the oldest (82%), the wealthy ($80K to $100K – 80%), and in the downtown (77%).
Tory also has an 80 per cent approval among the best educated.
