Jian Ghomeshi will be back in court Monday, as his trial makes its way into its second week.
The former CBC radio host has pleaded not guilty to four charges of sexual assault and one count of resistance by chocking.
So far, Ghomeshi’s lawyer has cross-examined former Trailer Park Boys actress Lucy DeCoutere, who took the stand last week.
DeCoutere had sent several emails to Ghomeshi and one after the alleged assault. She is the only one of the three complainants who can be publicly named during the trail.
A third complainant will be giving her testimony and is expected to take the stand this week.
