Andie MacDowell garnered little sympathy after taking to Twitter about her flight on Friday.
The actress had paid for a first-class seat, but was bumped down to tourist because of her dog. Many people were not impressed with her tweet, perceiving her as acting elitist when she was actually overpaying for her seat. MacDowell defended herself, saying she was happy to fly in coach but had paid for first-class. The 57-year-old actress is best known for her roles in Sex, Lies and Videotape, Groundhog Day, and Four Weddings and a Funeral.
Should celebrities be criticized for complaining online, even if it is legit? Have you ever overpaid for a flight ticket?
