Social media site, Twitter, was experiencing technical issues Tuesday, but it appears service is slowly returning to normal, with some sporadic outages.
The unidentified problem meant millions of users weren’t able to tweet about their frustrations, or post a photo of their angry duck face for a few hours.
Both desktop and app users were affected, as well as those using third-party services, such as TweetDeck.
This is the third disruption for Twitter so far this year; problems reported last Friday and Monday lasted less than 30 minutes.
Some users are currently experiencing problems accessing Twitter. We are aware of the issue and are working towards a resolution.
