A DUI has been thrown out by a judge after the accused’s breasts were exposed to two male police officers.
When the woman was pulled over in Toronto, she had a blood alcohol level that was twice the legal limit. During her arrest, a female officer unzipped her sweater, which exposed her breasts to the other two male officers. The woman apparently was wearing a see-through bra, which challenged the legal definition of undergarments.
Was this reasonable ground to acquit the woman? Or is this another example of the justice system failing us?
