If you suffer from regular bouts of physical anguish, like back pain, your likely taking the wrong approach to dealing with it.
That’s according to Dr. Todd Sinett, a New York-based chiropractor and author of 3 Weeks to a Better Back.
The good doctor says most evaluations focus on the structural aspect of pain, such as joints, strains, and bulging discs, and that there is too much reliance on prescription medication to cure what ails you.
What you need to do is alter your emotional outlook and tackle your stress levels. That, says Dr. Sinett, is the key to conquering your pain.
He also highlights diet and nutrition as well.
He and other chiropractors suggest drinking more water, and walking more often.
