Keith Theodore Constantin, 35, has completed serving 4-year jail time for sexual assault with a weapon. He was released and is living in Schomberg, ON but the community is strongly against it as he is a high-risk sex offender, who has previously targeted a 7-year-old boy and a 45-year-old blind woman.
