An extra hour of sleep for most of the country, tonight, as many regions will switch from daylight saving time to standard time.
Many being reminded to turn timepieces back an hour before going to bed, although in this day and age, most time devices adjust themselves accordingly.
The change happens Sunday morning at 2, but not all of Canada will observe the time change. Almost all of Saskatchewan, which is on central standard time year-round, will not be tinkering with clocks.
The time change is a good opportunity to put fresh batteries in your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, according to fire officials.
Daylight saving time returns on March 13th.
