A bail hearing for the man charged in relation to the death of the Neville-Lake children and their grandfather has been put off until November 12th.
Marco Muzzo made a brief appearance in court on Monday, when the hearing was supposed to take place however his lawyer Brian Greenspan asked for more time to gather all the facts and evidence to build a case.
The 29 year old faces 18 charges including impaired driving causing death following the September 27th crash that claimed the life of 9 year old Daniel-Neville Lake, 5 year old Harrison and 2 year old Millie along with their 65 year old grandfather Gary.
Meanwhile, the children’s mother Jennifer Neville-Lake spoke outside the courthouse in Newmarket following Muzzo’s appearance, saying she ”wanted to come and I wanted to see the man, allegedly the reason why we don’t have children anymore.”
Her mother and grandmother were also injured in crash.
