Peel Police have made an arrest in the region’s latest homicide.
Police say they were called to a home around 2 p.m. on Wednesday on Elm Drive in Mississauga. When they arrived they found the body of 59 year old Ronald William Escott.
An autopsy determined that the man had suffered physical trauma and they arrested a 37 year old man as a result.
Jason Hamlyn is charged with Second Degree Murder and is scheduled to appear in a Brampton court on Friday for a Bail Hearing.

The murder was Peel’s 12th Homicide in 2015.
