Marco Muzzo, who has been charged in connection to the alleged drunk driving crash that claimed the lives of three children and their grandfather, made his first appearance in court today, but his bail hearing has now been postponed.
He has now been remanded in custody to appear in court again on October 19th.
The 29-year-old of King Township is up against a dozen impaired-driving offences and also faces six charges for the dangerous operation of a motor vehicle.
The fatal crash occurred in Vaughan last Sunday on Kirby Road near Kipling Avenue claiming the lives of Daniel Neville-Lake (9-years-old), Harrison Neville-Lake (5-years-old), Millie Neville-Lake (2-years-old) and Gary Neville (65-years-old).
Meantime, hundreds paid their respects to the Neville-Lake family at two candlelight vigils last evening. One was held at Gage Park in downtown Brampton and the other in Kleinberg at St. Padre Pio church.
There were many families with young children who attended and most people paid their respects by offering flowers and donations to the family.
