The TTC’s latest customer survey shows overall customer satisfaction is up to 79 per cent. That’s up from 72 per cent a year ago.
It’s the highest satisfaction score since the spring of 2013.
The better marks are being credited to reducing trip and wait times.
TTC deputy CEO Chris Upfold also cited new maps, uniforms and cleaner vehicles and stations as other contributors.
81 per cent of Yonge subway riders gave the TTC a good or excellent rating while 79 per cent of Bloor-Danforth users did the same.
