Toronto police have confirmed that a missing man considered to be a danger to himself and others has now been located by officers.
Thomas Brailsford went missing on Thursday September 10th in the Jane and Bloor Streets area, after getting out of a cab on the way to an appointment.
Back in 2010, Brailsford was charged with first degree murder in the beheading death of his mother, but was later found not criminally responsible.
Last year, he went missing from the Center for Addiction and Mental Health, failing to return from a day pass.
According to police he was located in the downtown area.
