A California company has created grapes that taste like cotton candy. The grapes aren’t genetically modified, they are the result of years of cross-pollination to create sweet bunches. Maybe this will be a way to get children who don’t like fruits or vegetables to eat some. According to the company the cotton candy grapes contain slightly more sugar than a regular grape but are still in the normal range. The grapes have a very short growing season and are only available from mid – August to late – September. If these grapes ever came to Canada would you give them a try?
