A man wanted in connection to a downtown murder last year has surrendered to police.
The deadly shooting took place at the Garden Restaurant on Dundas Street West on November 16th.
31 year old Mississauga man Tariq Mohammed was pronounced dead at the scene while two women also suffered gunshot wounds.
According to police, Havard McKensie presented himself to police in the early hours of Tuesday.
The 24 year old has been charged with first degree murder and robbery with a firearm and is due to appear in court on Tuesday.
He is the second person to be charged in relation to the investigation, 30 year Abdirisak Yusuf Ibrahim was arrested last month and is also facing charges of first-degree murder and robbery.
