Ontario’s Liberal Government is launching a television ad blitz to promote the newly updated sexual education curriculum. The ads, which will be released to coincide with the start of the school year, depict teenagers in situations where they feel confused and uncomfortable. The ad begins with a young boy looking at a wedding cake that has two grooms on top. From there, it shows a boy being bullied online and a girl taking a ‘selfie’ with her shirt pulled up. At the end, the kids in the commercial raise their hands, as if asking a question, this is accompanied by a voice over saying that children have questions and they will receive answers in school.

Since the ads are funded by taxpayers, do you think they are informative or propaganda?
