Police say 25 year old Tony Nguyen, who was found dead outside a North York restaurant on Sunday, was targeted. 

He was found lying face down in the snow in a parking lot on Signet Drive near Weston Road and Steeles Avenue in the early morning. 

Police say he was shot five times by two separate gunmen.  One of the suspects is described as Asian, about five feet six
inches tall, who was wearing a dark jacket.   

Police say Nguyen had an extensive criminal record including drug trafficking and possession charges, and was currently under house arrest in relation to some of those charges.
