The TDSB is a step closer to installing GPS' on their vehicles.

The $1.15-million plan was approved by the board’s Planning and Priorities Committee Wednesday night.

It's to try and increase oversight and efficiency of its 900 employees.

The TDSB will make a final decision on the proposal at a meeting on February 6 and hope to start installing the systems in April.
