It's been a bad week for Chris Spence - U of T is now investigating claims made that the former TDSB Director plagiarized parts of his PHD dissertation.  If the allegations are proved to be true, Spence will likely be stripped of his doctorate.  Spence resigned this past week after admitting to plagiarizing parts of an opinion post he wrote for the Toronto Star.
