Toronto police confirm a man in his 20s has been transported to hospital with serious injuries - possibly life threatening - after being stabbed multiple times by an unknown suspect.  Police say the incident occurred at 5pm Thursday at Dufferin and Steeprock after a verbal confrontation that escalated.  Police are on scene investigating.
