A number of Toronto renters will have their rent reduced next year thanks to the recent property tax assesments.

Over 135 thousand tenants should see a reduction and should receve a notice in the mail or they can check to see if you landlord got a notice by calling 311 or a tenant hotline at 416-921-9494.
