Toronto Police have laid a number of charges against a teenage male, linked to a firearms investigation.

On Wednesday afternoon, officers were called to the Jane & Woolner area, to assist eighbourhood safety officers and the Bail Compliance Unit.

Following a search, a .32 calibre revolver was seized from a home.

19 year old Jeffrey MacIntyre has been arrested, facing five charges including possession and careless storage of an unauthorized firearm.
