Among evidence set to be presented is an audiotape from a Toronto Sun editorial board meeting.

Ford's lawyers say that tape will clear him.

Ford is being sued for 6 million dollars by the owner of the Boardwalk Pub for comments he aalegedly made about a lease deal with the city during his election campaign.
