Toronto police are investigating after a man was shot in the head just after midnight on Monday.   

The man in his 20's was found on the driveway of a home on Flemington Road in the Lawrence
and Allen area.

Police say he was rushed to hospital in critical condition, but later succumbed to his injuries.

The name of the victim has not been released.

Police are not saying anything about suspects and are appealing for any witnesses to come forward.
