The city's licensing and standards committee will tackle a couple of controversial items today.
Members will be looking into the potential regulation of strip clubs across Toronto, with changes to the current bylaws in place for the clubs.
The report before the committee, recommends new definitions for bylaws in place, and licensing of security personnel.
Also on the agenda, considering whether or not to legalize hooka and shisha lounges in Toronto.
City staff recommends council work to development regulatory rules on the establishments, focusing on health and safety and entry of minors.
