Following a report released this morning, explaining that the TTC has been pushed aside from three upcoming rail lines in the city, fare structures appear to have been worked out.
Metrolinx now says that a one-fare system will be used on the private lines, allowing customers a seamless transfer between the two operating systems.
The TTC was recently notified that they will not be in charge of the lines, in order to protect taxpayers from issues including lateness and budget issues.
The two transit agencies will continue to work alongside each other during the projects, which are slated to be completed by 2021.
