Toronto Police have now identified the man wanted in a gas & dash death over the weekend, that left a west end gas attendant dead.

44-year-old Jayesh Prajapati dead after being run over, when the suspect fled after filling up with $112 worth of gas.

Monday afternoon, police identified a man originally wanted as a person of interest, as the prime suspect in the investigation.

39 year old Max Edwin Tutiven, is now wanted on a charge of Second Degree Murder, and is described as white with a dark complexion, 5'5", 220-230 lbs., with dark brown hair.

Security footage below shows Tutiven and his SUV, described as a 2000-2003, silver or beige, four-door Isuzu Rodeo.
