Peel Police say a driver walked away from a collision, that left a car burning on a sidewalk.

Around 2:30 Tuesday morning, a car left the roadway near Central Parkway & Hwy 403, taking out a tree and landing on it's roof.

The vehicle then caught fire, however the driver, managed to escape.

Fatigue may be the main factor in the incident.
