The four young people who died in a plane crash in Mapleton have been identified.

The three men, all from Toronto, are identified as Marko Misic, 20, Mohammed Shahnawaz Zia, 23, and Wasay Rizwan, 27.

The lone female passenger is being identified as 19-year-old Victoria Margaret Luk of Mississauga.

Officials are still trying to figure out why the single engine Cessna went down during a round trip between Toronto and Niagara Falls.
