UPDATE: Cyclist Killed In Mississauga

Peel Police have now laid charges against a driver, following a hit and run in Mississauga.

Around 10:45 last night, a motorist struck and killed a 75 year old cyclist in the Burnhamthorpe & Tomkin area.

The driver, 46 year old Jeffery Sanford, is facing charges of Fail to Remain Causing Death, and Driving While Suspended,

Police are still asking for any witnesses to come forward
