The search for body parts in a Mississauga park has now reached into the east end of Toronto.
On Sunday afternoon, Toronto police confirmed they found a bag filled with a "fleshy substance" near Kennedy and Sheppard, although they've yet to confirm if it's human.
Regardless, that has spured Toronto cops to get in contact with Peel police to investigate any connection between the two cases.
Peel police are still awaiting lab results on a pair of hands, a foot, and a head found this past week.
The search will continue for at least a few more days.
