A 35 year-old man faces several charges, including impaired driving.

Early Saturday morning, a car slammed into an apartment building at St.Clair and Russell Hill Road.

No one was hurt but Police say there is extensive damage to the vehicle and building.

The damage is estimated at around 60 thousand dollars.
