2:00PM – An American Airlines pilot was forced to make an emergency landing after a passenger on a 6 hour flight from LA to NY wouldn't stop singing "I Will Always Love You". What's the most annoying thing you've endured on a flight? The passenger was later released without charge. Should she have been to discourage others? Does she need our compassion or scorn?

2:30PM – War of Words - A new survey reveals that PM Harper used the least amount of words in the House last year. Green Party leader Elizabeth May used the most, more than all of the other leaders combined! Are those without power grand standing or do those with it have something to hide?

Would you pay an admission fee to stand outside and watch hockey?

3:30PM – Head Games - The family of former NHLer Derek Boogaard is suing the league for wrongful death. He was found dead after an overdose of painkillers which they claim he became addicted to after hockey injuries. Does the family have a case or does a player accept the risks of a tough sport when they sign a contract?

Instead, should councilors be looking at "funding models?". Which would put on the table things such as property sales, sponsorships, private ownership etc? Is it time we demand something more than the intellectually lazy discourse of taxpayer dig deeper?

They argued he was doing his job after a survey given to parents early in the school year identified Sex Ed as a hot topic. Should teachers stick to the 3R's? Is the sexual education of a child the responsibility of the parent or the school? Are embarrassed parents asking teachers to do the dirty work of explaining the deed?

2:00PM – Leafs Ticket Laughs – There was confusion this morning as a limited number of Toronto Maple Leafs post season tickets went on sale at 10am, and some couldn’t get tickets because of a tech issue. When MLSE and Ticketmaster acknowledge the technical hitch it appeared the tickets had already sold out. Is this cause for another team in the GTA?

2:25PM – Part Time Internet Investigators – Social media website Reddit is under fire for their crowd sourcing internet based investigation of the Boston Marathon Bombings that may have lead to the death of wrongly fingered Sunil Tripathi.

Should Tamerlan's brain be examined? Is this a legitimate cause or shaky excuse?

Is this bill necessary in the current climate or will it prove to be an infringement of people's freedoms? Herbert and Catherine Schaible belong to the First Century Gospel Church, a fundamentalist congregation that believes in faith healing. Is this couple guilty of murder, or are they just practicing their faith?

3:00PM – Counter Programming - The Liberals have released a response to the Conservative attack ad on Justin Trudeau. He is attempting to rise above the fray and says Canadians deserve better despite the well documented evidence that negative ads work, will this high road approach work? Is Justin once again displaying his inexperience? Failing to realize that nobody thinks politicians are above anything!

3:30PM – Homegrown Terror - In court proceedings yesterday, it was revealed that suspected terrorist Raed Jaser is a permanent resident of Canada having lived here for the past 20 years. A much different picture than the RCMP painted during their presser. Is Jaser's lawyer right when he says police are trying to demonize him? Are authorities guilty of distortion in an effort to calm the public, If found guilty, does this actually make the story more unsettling?

3:55PM – 7 Calls - The US Postal Service has filed suit against Lance Armstrong for defrauding them and claiming he was unjustly enriched. Do they have a claim or was the USPS also unjustly enriched? They capitalized on his fame, knowing for years the accusations against him. Should this lawsuit be returned to sender?

2:05PM – Leafs: Playoff Bound – It has been 9 years since the Leafs have been in the post season, Toronto rejoice!

2:15PM - Bleacher Creatures - Two Jays fans are upset after being ejected from the game yesterday for heckling. The Yankees travel with their own security guards who pointed out the two and had them removed. If you pay your money, do have the right to say anything you want? Should the Jays have stood up for their fans?

2:30PM – Crossing Fee - Reports indicate the US is considering charging Canadians a fee for crossing the border. Many are grousing but should we be cheering? Is this the stimulus Canadian retailers need?

3:00PM – Media Conviction - Some are wondering if the media and police have already tried and convicted the Tsarnaev brothers. Many media reports have referred to them as terrorists and the Boston police tweeted "the terror is over" Friday night. Have the police and media made a fair trial impossible

3:30PM – BREAKING NEWS – RCMP have bust an alleged Terrorist plot aimed at derailing a VIA rail train between Toronto and New York. In collaboration with all level of authorities including those state side, the RCMP have foiled an alleged Al Aqeada link Terrorist cell.

3:55PM – 7 CALLS – Carly Rae Jepsen’s Call Me Maybe won single of the year at the Juno’s last night. With so much Canadian talent in the running, will we look back on Call Me Maybe as a mistake or masterpiece?

3:00PM – Responsible Journalism – News outlets have released pressure cooker bomb plans. Is this responsible journalism or something that doesn’t need reporting?

3:30PM – BIXI a Bust? - The city is concerned about a near 5 million dollar guaranteed loan it gave the bike exchange business which is under performing. Is this a case of special interests getting in front of business interests? Should any business proposal in front of the city go in front of the Dragon's Den first?

2:00PM– Boston Marathon Bombing: Grief Porn – With wall-to wall media coverage during yesterday’s tragic bombing at the Boston Marathon, did the media capitalize on the grief of people? CBS was commended for not showing the pictures or video of Louisville’s Kevin Ware broken leg but it seemed as though video of the attacks in Boston were on an endless loop.

2:30PM – Noise Makers - New information shows that of the 120 noise complaints last year about the island airport, over half were made by 4 individuals. When it comes to making noise, is this a case of the minority speaking loudest? Is it time we stop allowing the few to stop progress?

3:00PM – The Show Must Go On - In light of yesterday's tragedy in Boston should the Toronto marathon go ahead? It's only a couple of weeks away, would you still run or show up to cheer someone on? ... Can you really secure a 42 kilometre course?

2:00PM – Who's Sorry Now? - RBC has apologized to employees for replacing them with cheaper, temporary foreign workers, but should they apologize for wanting to be profitable? Is this program exposing a truth no one wants to admit … that Canadian workers want protection rather than prove their productivity?

2:30PM – Harper on Rahtaeh - He said bullying can be a crime, but also added that the term refers to kids misbehaving. Is that why authorities seemingly didn't take this case seriously? Is it time we redefine bullying and make it something criminal or will we open every playground dispute to litigation?

3:00PM – Clipped Wings - Reports say that Porter Air met with Mayor Ford twice before this week's big announcement. Yet the meetings weren't recorded and the mayor's office says the omission on the schedule was due to administrative error and has been corrected. Is this unreported lobbying? Should anyone be surprised that the mayor was kept in the loop about possible airport expansion?

3:30PM– Hurricane Hazel - Hazel McCallion's conflict of interest trial has revealed that the Hurricane has little bluster left. She now wears a hearing aid, cannot remember many details and says she didn't read important documents because it was dark and she didn't have her classes. If found guilty will the courts do what should have been done long ago and remove her from office? Is this really a case for age limits or should the voters decide?
