TTC Fare Hike Passes

Many people are calling it a low blow but starting January 3 cash fares and tokens to ride the TTC will cost riders 25 cents more than they do now.&amp;nbsp; However, with today's problem on the subway line and shuttle buses needed to carry passengers to and from destinations, it appears as though the TTC does need the funding it requires to operate properly.

There will be a shortage of the H1N1 vaccine in Ontario which will force many immunization clinics to close according to Health Minister Deb Matthews.&amp;nbsp; Ottawa has said it will have 1.8 million doses of the vaccine sent to provinces and territories for next week.&amp;nbsp; Is that enough though?
