They also say river banks could be very unstable.&lt;br /&gt;Meantime, the town of High River is watching the Highwood River, as Alberta Environment has issued a high streamflow advisory.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Calgary family physician Dr. Ronald Tsujikawa was found guilty of unprofessional conduct. He has been suspended, and has been ordered to undergo further assessments, as well as paying&amp;nbsp; the costs of the College's investigation and Hearing.The college says after investigating, Dr. Tsujikawa admitted to living with the patient and prescribing her narcotics while he was still acting as her physician.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

City police say a number of vehicles have been targeted since October, with the majority left unlocked, even with keys left inside.
