A resident in the building discovered the body of a man, with obvious gunshot wounds, around 11:00pm Monday night. The unidentified victim is the city's 7th murder of the year and 2nd one in as many nights. There was no initial word on suspects or motive.

A pair of men are already serving life prison terms for their roles in Creba's murder.

Police told an afternoon news conference that 46-year old Russell Williams, of Tweed, was arrested Sunday in Ottawa.

He's charged with the first-degree murder of Jessica Lloyd of Belleville and Marie Comeau, a 38-year-old corporal from Brighton with CFB Trenton's 437 squadron.
