Toronto Public Health to Open H1N1 Clinics to Everyone Health officials in Toronto are the latest to announce they will start providing the swine flu vaccine to the general public.
Toronto Public Health will open H1N1 clinics to everyone who wants a shot starting Wednesday.
The city joins at least 15 other local health units in Ontario that have decided to offer the flu shot to the general public.
It was just this week the program was expanded to schoolchildren and people over 65 with underlying conditions.
