There have been 33 swine flu related deaths in Ontario since April. During Tuesday’s update, Provincial Chief Medical Officer of Health Dr. Arlene King said 639 people have been to hospital because of the virus, and 90 of them are still there. She says health units are getting better at providing vaccine, and the lengthy lineups and wait times we saw last week have been addressed. There’s no way to pinpoint the number of people who have been vaccinated, but she’s hoping the number will be 2.2 million by the end of the week.
