A very sluggish effort on behalf of the Maple Leafs Tuesday night in a 5-2 loss to Minnesota. Mikko Koivu had a goal and two assists in a three-goal second period for the Wild. Koivu got by Jonas Gustavsson at 17:29 of the period to make it 3-1, and 26 seconds later, Greg Zanon gave the Wild a three-goal lead. The Leafs were coming off a 5-1 win over Detroit, leading Coach Ron Wilson to comment that the team seems to struggle when it's not a Saturday night game at home. Alexei Ponikarovsky and Phil Kessel scored for the Leafs.
