The Penguins could be without defenceman Sergei Gonchar up to 6 weeks thanks to a broken left wrist. He was injured during Tuesday night's win over St. Louis. It's his third significant injury in just over a year.
Gonchar missed the first 56 games of last season after having surgery on his injured left shoulder. He also played the last two rounds of the Stanley Cup Playoffs with a torn medial collateral ligament in his right knee, although he did miss a couple of games.
