Travellers flying in and out of Toronto's Pearson International Airport are contending with several cancellations and delays caused by stormy weather that rolled through southern Ontario on Tuesday. Mike Stafford tweeted that he was stranded yesterday during the storm, but we’re not sure as to his whereabouts now. Did he actually make it to Hawaii? Have you ever been stranded?

11:00 Cop Caught Parking Without Permit

A picture of a Woodstock police vehicle parked in a handicapped spot outside the TA Truck Stop spread like wildfire through social media channels Tuesday. London resident Rick Dunseith posted the picture on Facebook after seeing the vehicle parked illegally for more than 30 minutes Tuesday morning. Dunseith delivers welding parts in Woodstock three times a week and received a $50 ticket just last month for a similar infraction when he left his car running while stopped in a handicapped spot at the truck stop while making a delivery.

Thousands of British Columbians could be tracked by police without their knowledge as part of an expanded mass surveillance system being considered by the RCMP. The Mounties said they will decide within the next two or three months whether to dramatically expand their automated licence-plate recognition system.
