Deadly Rampage In Texas
Twelve people have been reportedly killed in a shoot at a Texas milatry base in Fort Hood. The shooter was reported to be Major Nadil Malik Hasan. The gunman used two handguns in the attack.

Minister Slams Toronto Sports Teams
Ontario Health Minister Deb Matthews stated it was completely unacceptable that certain members of the Toronto Maple Leafs and Toronto Raptors received the H1N1 vaccine while the province was in the middle of a shortage. Maple Leafs and Sports Entertainment stated that certain players and staff on the teams had received the shot. Should they have waited their turn or do they have a right to jump the queue because they are athletes?

Toronto Tax?
Toronto Budget Chief Shelley Carroll stated she wants Toronto to be given the power to levy a municipal sales tax if the needed to. However, Ontario Municipal Affairs Minister Jim Watson said the City of Toronto Act allows municipal government to tax tobacco, liquor and other taxes but id doesn't allow it to impose its own sales tax. What is it with all this taxing? Aren't we taxed enough?

Should It Be The Law To Wear A Poppy?
An employee at Bodyworks in the UK was ordered by her employer to remove her poppy because it was against company policy. Employees working at Toronto television stations state they are told to wear the poppy. Should people have the right to wear the poppy if they please or should it be mandatory?
